About Albuquerque Guidance Center

A therapy center built on trust, steadiness, and deeply human care.

Since 2012, Albuquerque Guidance Center has offered a more thoughtful standard of care for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health support in Albuquerque.

Our story

Albuquerque Guidance Center was created to offer something increasingly rare in mental health care: clinical excellence delivered with warmth, restraint, and genuine respect for the person behind the diagnosis. The practice has grown around the belief that meaningful healing requires both therapeutic skill and a setting where people feel safe enough to be fully honest.

What clients value

Clients and families choose the practice for its steadiness, thoughtful communication, and evidence-based care across trauma recovery, child and adolescent therapy, family healing, couples work, and ongoing emotional support.
